My sinuses
Ick. I have a cold and stuffed up nose. Head is pounding, right over my eyes. Eh. Ew. Eh.

Fill your bathroom, or kitchen, sink with steaming hot water, drape a towel over your head and make a tent over the sink. Let the steam work on the sinuses and don't be afraid to let the icky stuff drain right into the sink. When the water starts to cool start over again. Use a Q-tip to clean out both nostrils (gently) then pack one side with a tissue. Pop a strong cough drop in your moth and then go lay down. Don't suck on the cough drop, just let it dissolve. You'll clear out one passage, allowing you to breath easier and taking some of the pressure out of your head. (You know my sitch, and sinus problems are of particular concern for me. This trick works wonders.)

But then cleaning my sink afterwards would be REALLY gross!
