I feel so helpless, awful and angry about the tragedy in New Orleans. But who do we blame? Mother Nature?
No. The French! We can blame the French!
First of all, it is fun to blame the French. Secondly, it was a stupid French guy who decided to build New Orleans in a below sea-level bowl, surrounded by water.
So you see, it is the fault of the French.
