Weirdness at the Michael Jackson trial today

http://www.cnn.com/2005/LAW/03/07/jackson.trial/index.html

Monday's cross-examination of the accuser's sister was briefly

interrupted when Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville ordered

a bathroom break.

The break came after Jackson stood up at the defense table

and started rocking from foot to foot. After Melville ordered the recess,

Jackson left the room quickly.

Court resumed a short time later after the return of Jackson,

who was dressed conservatively in a black jacket with a gray vest

and dark tie. He was not wearing his trademark armband.
